The first meeting will focus on how to use the Salesforce Community to get assistance and some of the improvements made based on customer feedback during our first year of operations. To accommodate various schedules, sessions will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at noon and 4 p.m. As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the WVU community to attend monthly Customers’ Group meetings.
